History and land
During the XV century, the territory of Vigevano (Lombardia region, near Milan) was ruled by the Sforza family (hence the name of Oca Sforzesca).
One of the main activities in the territory of Vigevano during the XV century was the breeding of white geese, meant for the production of various types of goose salami. Since then goose meat production has become part of the local tradition. It is steeped in our culture. |
Company
The office has been designed ad hoc with modern work spaces and very innovative technology. All of this to favor a global collaboration and a fast flexible communication. Environmental policy
- It uses exclusively the recyclable blue pallet box and has managed to eliminate the packaging by 100 g of cardboard per kg of goose meat. This means 74 g of CO2 per kg of goose meat.
- It uses exclusively rechargeable batteries for computers and has managed to eliminate 2 kg of batteries per year.
- All our computers switch off automatically at the end of the day as per the energy saver program.
- The products are packaged in lighter bags compared to the standard packaging. This is done without compromising the safety and durability of the product. Another step forward in reducing the environmental impact.
