Lean goose liver

Description

Our goose liver is a fresh light product, tender, sweet with a delicate flavor and very digestible. It is a no force-feeding goose liver.

Process

It is processed only from Italian white geese weighing about 6 kgs. They are reared in the North of Italy in an area free of avian influenza and dioxin.
The geese are bred respecting the animal's health and the goose meat is free of antibiotics, pesticides and hormones.    

How to use

It has got a low fat content. It is used to prepare appetizers, risotto and paté.   

Technical details

It is free of preservatives.
It is free of allergens.
It must be kept and stored properly in the refrigerator at -18°C.
The whole peace weighs about 100-120 g.
It is packed under vacuum immediately at the slaughtering house in 0,7-1,0 kg packaging.
Shelf life refrigerated 10 days.
Shelf life frozen 6 months.
