Description

This goose salami  is a light fresh goose product which is 100% made in Italy with goose meat and turkey meat.

Process

This product is made ​​with the lean goose meat (65%) and turkey breast (30%). All the meat is minced and the other ingredients are then added (spices, flavourings and Cervia's sea salt). The mixture is packed under vacuum and cooked in the oven for about 2 hours.

How to use

It can be used as a complement to a dish of goose cold cuts, or crushed on the risotto or for a great goose meat sauce with tomatoes.
