Regional risotto with Oca Sforzesca cooked goose salami
Baldo rice has the ability to release starch while cooking by making it unique and great for home preparation. The rice grains are soft and you do not need to add too much butter. For a light creamy risotto you just need to add the rice flour (1 tbs) in the middle of the process.
