To help the consumer to appreciate the freshness and lightness characteristics of our lean goose products we have been thinking of developing the vacuum line. These goose salami are not damaged by the vacuum and the slices separate easily without breaking.
The line is characterised by:

• an elegant black cardboard to enhance our 100% Made in Italy goose products;
• a vacuum skin packaging for an "essential" version.
