Description

This is a soft goose leg ready to taste and 100% Made in Italy. It is also easily shreds with a breadstick.
It is soft and juicy and opens almost spontaneously leaving on the plate the different pieces of muscle accompanied by its juice.

Process

This gourmet product is made from the fresh lean goose leg which comes from breeding grounds. The leg is seasoned, piece by piece, with the other ingredients (carrot, celery, onion and  Cervia's sea salt) and massaged for two days. Then it is packed under vacuum and cooked into oven for at least 6 hours. Then it is immediately refrigerated.

How to use

It is ready to eat. and it should be eaten warm:
  • in the microwave for a few minutes;
  • in hot water for about 20 minutes;
  • in the oven for about 30 minutes.

It is should be eaten as a second course accompanied by smash potatoes.

It contains allergens (celery and onion).
It must be kept and stored properly in the refrigerator at 0/+4°C.
It comes in 450 g packaging.
Packed under vacuum in one piece.
